While other real estate investment websites are flooded with hyped up investment properties for sale we are very selective when it comes to what real estate deals we provide for our members.
We are the online presence of Total Property Solutions, LLC. which has a member base of over 10,000 real estate investors from all over the US. Like a real estate investment group but we work with investors nationwide.
There are limited Real Estate Investment Opportunities available to our group and we will make them available to our members on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there a membership fee to join RealEstateIO.com?
No, there is no fee to join but we do recommend you call to get in touch with us personally so that you can get to know who we are and what we are about. Also, we can help you find real estate investments personally suited to your taste that are in line with your financial goals and level of experience.
What types of Real Estate Investment Opportunities do you offer?
We offer single family homes, townhomes and condos but we may come across other types of real estate investment opportunities and make them available to our members as well.
We absolutely do not take on just any investment property made available to us. Each real estate investment opportunity is carefully scrutinized for its risk level and potential return on investment in order to qualify them for our real estate investment group.
Some real estate deals may just be too complex or just not worth time investing in.
Factors We Take Into Account:
- Is There Strong Possibility of Future Appreciation?
- Is The Property Priced Below Fair Market Value?
- Will You Have Cash Flow From Rent vs. Your Mortgage Payment?
- Is The Investment Property New Construction or Fully Rehabbed?
- Will The Investor Be Able To Purchase The Investment Property Rent-Ready or Already
- Does the Said Investment Property Currently Have A Renter / Tenant In Place?
But I Don’t Have Any Experience Investing In Real Estate. Is that ok?
We all start from little to no knowledge of how to get started in real estate investing. The concept of “Real Estate Investing” isn’t really taught in school but from those who already have experience in investing in finding real estate investments.

How Much Money Do I Need To Invest In Real Estate?
It all depends on the type of investment property you are looking and the location it is in.
You will be surprised to find that you can purchase investment properties in the low $50,000s in different locations around the US that already have a tenant in place that can also cash flow for you depending on the financing that you can obtain.
- Certain investment properties may only require a certain percentage down
- Certain investments may need you to pay all cash
- Some opportunities may offer the option of owner financing where excellent credit is not needed
It all depends and each scenario is different. The most important thing is that you get in touch with us so we may be able to find out what other options are available for you.
