Sure. We offer everything from a condominium if they’re in the right place at the right price for a condominium, townhomes, single family homes and up to 2 to 4-plexes.

Usually we don’t get involved in the larger plex properties. We leave that to the commercial people.

The other item is that we will group single family homes together and sell them in bulk and those have been very attractive when we get those packages and they go immediately.

In fact we had one investor who came in probably about 15 minutes too late on an offer we had last week and he’s been on us every day to get that type of package together for him and I think we’ve been successful in working hard on that this week and looks like we have 3 properties for him to purchase in bulk and get significant discounts on the properties.
